The challenge

Manual, subjective reviews led to generic feedback and misaligned bonus decisions across the organization.

Siniora's leadership needed to move beyond manual evaluations and subjective scoring. They wanted every employee to complete structured self-assessments, analyze responses through a performance-aware AI model, and surface high performers while minimizing misclassifications—delivered quickly, securely, and aligned with their existing HR workflows.

The approach

We built a centralized, AI-powered self-assessment platform that evaluates every employee consistently.

We designed an AI self-assessment engine across key performance categories, then layered a smart ranking system that flagged top performers and filtered out weak-signal responses to cut false positives by 3.5x. Role-based dashboards gave HR and managers team-level visibility, all inside a secure internal portal built for Siniora's infrastructure and rolled out company-wide with hands-on onboarding.
