How SkyClin launched an aviation healthtech platform 58% faster than typical timelines.
The challenge
A clear mission and partial designs—but no admin system and a hard, milestone-driven deadline.
SkyClin had a product roadmap and preliminary user-facing designs, but the admin panel had to be conceptualized from scratch. Front-end and back-end needed to be built in parallel with ongoing UI refinements and tight feedback loops, all organized around strict milestone deadlines driven by operational needs.

The approach
We enhanced the UX, built the front and back ends from scratch, and designed the admin experience.
Working from SkyClin's initial designs, we built the user and doctor-facing interfaces with UI/UX improvements throughout, and set up a complete Laravel backend for secure sessions and medical consultation flows. We designed the admin panel without prior references—our proposal became the standard for managing doctors, flights, and medical events—and ran a live change-tracking loop to release components incrementally across 8 weeks.
The Results
SkyClin went from an incomplete picture to a launched platform 58% faster than standard cycles, with a custom admin system ready to scale alongside airline partnerships.
58% increase in development speed versus typical healthtech timelines
A flexible admin system built to grow with airline partnerships
Enabled rapid iteration through collaborative workflows
Shortened the feedback-to-implementation cycle
Front end, back end, and custom admin delivered end-to-end in 8 weeks
"We came in with a goal and half a design. They built the rest—front end, back end, and an admin system we hadn't even scoped—and shipped it faster than we thought possible."
